Refund Policy

All payments for Morphly are processed securely via Paddle. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and refund requests on our behalf.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact Paddle directly through your purchase confirmation email or visit Paddle Support. Paddle will review your request and process any eligible refunds according to their policies.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies to digital services and subscriptions unless you have expressly agreed to the immediate start of the service and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact Paddle, our payment processor, as they handle all refund and withdrawal requests for Morphly. You can do this by replying to your purchase confirmation email from Paddle or by visiting Paddle Support.
