Pricing FAQ

When you reach your monthly conversion limit, you'll need to upgrade to a bigger plan to continue converting images. For plans with overage billing (Enterprise: $0.001 per conversion), additional conversions beyond your monthly limit are billed at the overage rate. You can monitor your usage and upgrade your plan at any time. Limits reset at the beginning of each month.

Priority processing means your conversions are processed in a separate, high-priority queue with dedicated resources. Standard queue (Plus and Pro tiers) processes requests in the order received, while high priority queue (Enterprise tier) gets faster processing times and dedicated server resources.

With premium plans, you get unlimited bandwidth for downloading your converted files. Free users may experience slower download speeds or temporary limits during peak usage times. Premium users enjoy full-speed downloads without any restrictions.

API access is included with Pro and Enterprise plans only. Plus plan users can use the web interface for all conversions. The API allows you to integrate into your applications and automate batch processing workflows.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Enterprise customers receive priority support, account management, and access to our technical team for integration assistance. Plus and Pro customers can access our community support and documentation.

We use Paddle as our payment processor, which securely handles all billing, invoicing, and tax calculations (including VAT and sales tax). You can manage your subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods through your account billing portal. Paddle supports all major credit cards and payment methods globally.
